Delete your wheretopark.sg account
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or the website.
In the app or on the website
- Open wheretopark.sg (the Android or iOS app, or wheretopark.sg) and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete permanently and confirm your account with Google or Apple.
Deletion happens straight away.
Can't sign in?
Email contact@wheretopark.sg from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: account ID, name, email, sign-in history and privacy policy acceptance
- Your saved carparks and saved destinations
- Your carpark check-ins
- Searches, visits and usage events linked to your account
- Feedback and inaccuracy reports linked to your account or sent from its email address
What is kept
- Carpark corrections and new carparks you submitted stay as part of the carpark data, with your name, email and account ID removed.
- Anything on your device (recent searches, settings, saves made while signed out) stays until you remove it, clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- Activity from before you signed in isn't linked to your account, so it can't be found and deleted. It holds no name or email, and usage events are deleted automatically after 12 months.
